- Well in New Zealand, you can't turn it off. Pay to turn it on and it's
- there until you unsubscribe. So I have had to subscribe to call-diversion
- service and divert my phone to myself (caller gets a busy signal) when
- I use the modem. Trouble is when I finish a session and forget to undivert
- the phone still is busy (lose a lot of calls that way!). Even sadder...
