- Yes. There is no communications program that I've ever heard of that handles
- call waiting, since the call waiting 'beep' is an interruption of the modem
- carrier. However, you can turn off call waiting for a particular call by
- prefixing it with *70: at least, it works for SW Bell in Houston. Your
- mileage my vary.
