  45. If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to sell the books and disks  
  46. of program you've upgraded to the most recent release. If that's true, you  
  47. would be wise if you'd check your licence agreements and/or upgrade  
  48. informations.

  50. Whenever you upgrade you are [more or less directly] told to destroy the  
  51. manuals and disks of the old version, if you don't have to send them back  
  52. anyway. What you're trying to do is to sell illegal copies of programs.
