  10. I'm running an AMD 386-40 with 64k sram cache. If I use QEMM (or EMM386)

  12.  enable UMB's, CP Backup fails. It does one of three thimgs. It crashes

  14.  does a cold boot, compare shows different file contents, or compare says

  16.  can't find the backup directory. If I use only HIMEM.SYS it works just

  18.  but I don't have as much memory free as I can with QEMM. Any ideas?
