  10. I realize that this may be bit of a stupid question, but I know this
  11. friend has a '286 and just got 4Mb RAM installed. The BIOS (Phoenix,
  12. circa 1986(?)) reports that 4Mb just fine. However, none of shows up
  13. as EMS memory. I assume that this is because EMM.SYS in not in the
  14. CONFIG.SYS. (OOPS! I forgot to say that he's using DOS 3.3!!!!) 
  15.  
  16. 1) Is the assumption that EMM.SYS sets up and manages EMS correct?
  17. 2) What are the parameters for EMM in CONFIG.SYS? He got the computer
  18.    from somebody who either didn't have or lost the manual. I've got a
  19.    new machine with DOS 5.0.
