- Did you take anti-static procedures? If not, when you moved the board
- to the new case you have fried one of the chips. As for the diagnosing without
- the simple pull and plug method, I'm afraid I haven't yet reached that stage in
- electronic development. But I thought I would suggest a possible cause in any
