- I bought the Multi Media upgrade kit from MV which included the NEC CDR-84M
- drive. It was at the time supposed to be one of the faster drives and yes
- it is internal. I have had no problems at all with this drive and I have no
- reason to complain about it's speed (I use other drives at work and they
- are appreciably slower)

- : How much is a good price for these drives?
-
- Since I bought it as a kit, I don't know what an acceptable price is.
- (Also it's hard to get "acceptable" prices from the states when you
- live downunder!)
- I would recommend that you keep on the side of the "quality" or known brand
- drives - don't go for the el cheapo types which may not be MPC compatible.
