  19. I bought the Multi Media upgrade kit from MV which included the NEC CDR-84M
  20. drive.  It was at the time supposed to be one of the faster drives and yes 
  21. it is internal.  I have had no problems at all with this drive and I have no
  22. reason to complain about it's speed (I use other drives at work and they 
  23. are appreciably slower)

  29. Since I bought it as a kit, I don't know what an acceptable price is.
  30. (Also it's hard to get "acceptable" prices from the states when you 
  31. live downunder!)
  32. I would recommend that you keep on the side of the "quality" or known brand
  33. drives - don't go for the el cheapo types which may not be MPC compatible.
