- This is exactly what I'm going through (see thread "OS/2 has fallen and it can't
- get up"). After 2 weeks of calls to IBM and a plethora of reasons for the TRAPs
- and IPEs I'm no closer to resolving my problems. I decided to augment my 4MB of
- 80ns with 8MB of 70ns and am paying the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid speed
- and architecture (SIMMs with 9 chips as opposed to 3) mismatches. With this approach
- if OS/2 craps out IBM won't be able to feed you their standard bs and may actually
- be compelled to examine the robustness of their OS.
