  13. I have a 7 month old 486/33 with an ATI Vantage card.  I have noticed a
  14. high-frequency, grinding noise coming from the computer.  It goes away 
  15. anytime I give it input -- move the mouse, touch a key, or even just hold
  16. down the shift key.  Can anyone help me understand and fix what might be
  17. going on here?  It is really annoying and I don't know what to do...sob..sob.
