  17. a year now... It has worked fine except for one thing, which may
  18. not be the fault of the modem; When I tried using Telemate 3.01,
  19. a shareware terminal program, strange things happened.  Almost
  20. every time I tried it the system would either a) Hang, or b)
  21. Reboot, neither of which was too great... TO this day I have
  22. no idea if the problem was in the software, modem, or what, but
  23. the Cardinal has worked flawlessly with all other software I
  24. have used, including some self-written stuff.
