  14.   Hi there, I have a 40 meg Maxtor drive (I don't have the model handy) and
  15. want to hook it up as a slave hard drive.  I currently have an 80Meg quantum
  16. Go drive in the machine.  Both drives are IDE and so is the controller but
  17. no matter what I try I can't get both drives to work.  I can get either one
  18. to work alone but not both together.
  19.     Does anyone know how I can get hold of maxtor to ask them about it
  20. or does anyone have any ideas of their own that might help.  I've tried
  21. everything I can think of but with finals approaching thinking is no longer
  22. something I'm very good at.
