  18. There's no real limit.  But you'll be hard-pressed to find a controller
  19. and device driver off-the-shelf that can do better than a primary and
  20. secondary controller (with two drives each).

  25. Yes.  But again, you'll almost certainly need an external device driver
  26. if you have more than one disk on the IDE controller, and you'll 
  27. probably have to boot from the IDE disk.
