- Can anyone tell me whether any of the common interfaces (ESDI, IDE, ST506?)
- can use the same driver? I know that SCSI is a world of it's own,
- which is ok - I dont use it. I am about to take delivery of a 486
- with an IDE drive and I would like to set up a Unix partition. I have
- two versions of Unix - Microport for a 286 which uses the original
- (ST506) interface, and SVR4 which supports ESDI and SCSI. (The
- machine that came with the SVR4 licence is sitting on the bosses desk
- runnin' Winders.) Will any of these work with IDE?
