  12. I have a tseng 4000 video card with 1 meg memory and I am having trouble
  13. with the windows 3.1 driver that came with the card.  Whenever
  14. I choose one of the eta video modes, ie 800*600 (256 colors) or whatever.
  15. After it is installed, I run windows again, and now whenever I
  16. move the pointer or a window, I get all these extra dots on the screen.

  18. Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong.
  19. My hardware configuration is a 486dx 33mhz, non-interlaced, multi-scan
  20. monitor, 4 megs, etc...
