  26. Is yours a 486/33 ISA Free Technologies motherboard?  The manual that
  27. comes with my TriStar doesn't say anything about setting jumpers or
  28. switches after installing more SIMMs.  And it says that SW2 is the
  29. Turbo switch connector.

  31. Just to be sure, did you install 8-1Mb SIMMs or 2-4Mb SIMMs?  The
  32. latter won't work.

  37. How did they find out you weren't the original owner?  The few times
  38. I've called tech support about problems, they've never asked for a
  39. customer ID number or anything.  But then they didn't know how to
  40. solve my problems either.  Luckily, they were minor problems and I
  41. figured it out myself.
