  10.     A friend of mine has a Bitvax 9600 fax/2400 modem card.  When he 
  11. leaves his computer on and enabled to receive a fax, he can send one home 
  12. allright, but then his phone never hangs up.  He has the card enabled as 
  13. com3 (which I think is part of the problem), uses Procomm 2.4.2 as his 
  14. comm software, and the Bitfax software for sending and receiving faxes.

  16.     Has anyone had a similar problem, or can anyone volunteer a 
  17. suggestion?  Calls to the company have resulted in being kept on long 
  18. distance hold.
