- I bought a computer from Gateway, and had to send stuff back (through NO
- fault of mine, NOR Gateway). They arranged a UPS pickup, paid for the
- return shipping costs, and credited my VISA right away. After all the
- "horror stories" I have read about Gateway, I was not expecting much from
- them, but I was VERY IMPRESSED with their service department. Everything
- was taken care of quickly, efficiently, and correctly.
- And this is even during a time when I was relocating, so their customer
- service department had to keep two different address on file!
- Everybody makes mistakes once in a while. We only read a lot about Gateway's
- mistakes because they are such a large company and a lot of us have their
- machines, and have something in common to talk about.

- Just ask yourself, why is Gateway such a successful company?
