- We just received four 386-33 systems using the FM-S386C-33 Motherboard
- from Formosa MicroSystems. Overall, the system seems to be pretty
- nice and standard, including an AMI bios dated 7/7/91. When I plug in
- a Cyrix 387/33 co-processor.... The system hangs after the memory test
- and does not get to the usual screen shoing the system configuartion.
- I have looked through the manual and found no jumpers which must be
- set. Also, the bios does not have a prompt to enable/disable the
- co-processor. I have had the same results with two different
- computers and two different co-processors.
-
- Does anyone have any pertinent information. If I can not get the
- systems to work, I will have to send them back. A co-processor is a
- requirement for the applications we plan on running.
-
- Thanks, as always, in advance.
