  11. I have a question about monitors...generally larger ones.  Why is it that most
  12. 17" monitors tend to have uneven borders?  I mean that the extremes of the
  13. screen don't stay perfectly horizontal on top and bottom and vertical on the
  14. sides.  This is not to say that the image is unstable or anything, just that
  15. the top of the screen is just not striaght...sort of bends in about 3 inches
  16. out from the center.  I have noticed this type (not the same pattern) of
  17. distortion on NeXT 17" monitors and on my Sony 17" 1604s.  I am trying to
  18. figure out if it's a problem with my Sony that I need to have corrected or
  19. something.  Any insight?
