  24. Yeah, that's pretty normal.  Usually a vendor will supply the OEM pamphlet
  25. if you specifically ask for it, but otherwise you usually get exactly what
  26. you describe.  I don't have Maxtor's number handy, but they do have an 800
  27. number.  They also have a fax-back service that you can call on your fax
  28. to order a copy of the jumpering, etc. for your drive.
