- Yeah, that's pretty normal. Usually a vendor will supply the OEM pamphlet
- if you specifically ask for it, but otherwise you usually get exactly what
- you describe. I don't have Maxtor's number handy, but they do have an 800
- number. They also have a fax-back service that you can call on your fax
- to order a copy of the jumpering, etc. for your drive.
