- The first line shows the number of content. The higher the level,
- the few will be born content. Every one afterwards will be born
- unhappy.

- Elite citizens (Elvis, Einstein, Taxman) are take from the left of
- the list. So at King, for example, the first 3 special citizens
- are taken from content people. Every one after that is taking away
- from unhappy people (slightly more effective at lowering unhapinness
- thus).
