  14.     Has anyone else noticed that the new version of
  15. Smartdrv (ver 4.0), Microsoft's disk caching program
  16. that was shipped with Windows 3.1, is much slower
  17. than the old version?  I thought updated software
  18. was supposed to be an improvement.
