  13.     Has anyone else out there had a problem with hpterms mysteriously
  14. disappearing?  I'm currently running Vue with HPUX 8.07 on a 730 and 
  15. using the korn shell.  The symptom is somewhat similar to having the
  16. TMOUT variable set to some finite time, but no warning is issued and
  17. sometimes it even happens to the window I'm currently typing in!  It
  18. doesn't seem to happen very often, perhaps once every few days, but it
  19. is darned annoying when it does.

  21.     It also does not appear to be local to my machine/environment, since I 
  22. have seen that same behavior on a 710 running 8.07 and a beta version
  23. of the next release of Vue at Hp in Ft. Collins, CO.
