  12. The suggestions you made are good and interesting.  Let it be
  13. known that those of us in HP support that build tools like
  14. support.mayfield are reading notes and are tracking the
  15. comments and ideas that other HP entities and especially
  16. our customers are making.

  18. We are currently nearing the end of an investigation into
  19. possible alternatives for providing proactive patching
  20. features to our customers.  Some features of this program
  21. will be rolling out over the next (approximately) 6-12 months.
