  15. We are running one Novell-Server with a lot of diskless clients booting over
  16. IPX. On the Server we use Novell-Netware NFS to connect to a HP9000/847.
  17. The PC-Clients should connect to the HP9000 using NCSA-Telnet.

  19. We got a few problems with this configuration and maybe someone out there can
  20. give me a hint to correct them.

  22. 1) While printing from HP/UX to the Netware-Queues after each job one
  23. blank page is ejected from the printers? I use Novell line-printer filter and
  24. the remote model from HP/UX for remote printer.

  26. 2) While trying to print from DOS-Clients via Netware-Queues all files are
  27. spooled in the HP spooling system without error messages and show up in the
  28. lpstat command, but the files were never printed and end up in the spooling
  29. system?

  31. 3) On the PC-Clients we want to run NCSA-Telnet for connecting to the HP/UX
  32. and do VT102 Terminal-Emulation. At first all goes fine but within half an
  33. hour the speed slows down and at the end I got the Novell-shell error message 
  34. "Can't read from Network " and the PC dies...
  35. We use Netware-Shell 3.26 with SK-Boards and their IPX and IPDRV.
  36. Can this be a memory Problem ?
  37. I used NCSA Version 2.3.0.3 but I got Version 2.3.0.5 today. Maybe this
  38. problem is fixed with the new version ?

  40. 4) Is there a possibility to run NCSA under Windows with using the graphics
  41. features. Whenever I return to Program-Manager while having started a graphical
  42. application under HP/UX the PC crashes ?
