  11. HP 700 Admins/users:
  12.     We are new at installing/updating software on the
  13. HP 700 machines (most previous experience is with Apollo's).
  14. We are trying to update a HP 720 from HP-UX 8.05 to
  15. HP-UX 8.07 using CDROM.  We had a CDROM player on another
  16. HP 720 machine and we moved it to the new machine.  We
  17. cannot mount the CDROM.  We have powered everything off
  18. and brought it up "cleanly" (CDROM player, then system)
  19. and still cannot mount.  We had this problem on another
  20. machine but it seemed to clear up when we followed the
  21. "clean" power-up procedure.  This is very frustrating
  22. since it seems like it should be fairly straightforward.
  23. Any suggestions or insights to the problem would be
