  25. Striped disks can be partitioned.  You can't stripe the root disk,
  26. however, so you will need another disk.  You might get along with a
  27. fairly small one, though; 200MB should be plenty, I think it could be
  28. done with as little as 100MB, but standard installation procedure
  29. probably wouldn't work with that.  Try how small you can make
  30. the system on the 1.3GB disk you have; you can remove quite a lot
  31. of stuff, i.e., everything not needed for boot and mounting
  32. the striped disk, which can then contain everything else.
