  28. We purchased a pair of these drive to attach on our HP 9000 model 750
  29. running HP-UX 8.07.  We had problems with using fbackup crashing the 750
  30. everytime we used it.  After we threatened to send the drives back they
  31. sent out a field engineer to our site.  The engineer was very knowledgeable
  32. and after a couple of attempts with new roms the drives were working fine. 
  33. We haven't had any problems with the drives since then.
