  15. general interest to the Palmtop
  16. "community". Special versions of this
  17. product are available for Sharp Wizard
  18. and HP95LX. Several other sizes are
  19. available to fit various equipment
  20. (Handheld Trancievers, cellular Phones,
  21. etc.) Give Phil a call and ask!

  36. Phil Richardson just sent me his
  37. special 95LX version of The Pouch [tm].
  38. I have tried it out and find it perfect
  39. for unobtrusive carrying of the 95LX on
  40. the belt. This case really fits the
  41. 95LX like a glove..... I'm happy.

  43. In case you just tuned-in and are not
  44. aware of The Pouch [tm], it is a small
  45. belt pouch made of nylon-faced Neoprene
  46. material similar to the material SCUBA
  47. wet-suits are made from. The material
  48. is a very durable closed cell foam
  49. rubber bonded to a thin black spandex
  50. material facing both sides. The
  51. material is about 3 mm thick overall
  52.  
  53. and provides a bouncy protective
  54. enclosure for the 95LX. The
  55. construction is very well done and high
  56. quality.

  58. A 1 1/2 inch wide nylon strap runs over
  59. the top of the pouch and secures with a
  60. velcro closure. It is so lightweight
  61. that I forgot I was wearing the 95LX on
  62. my belt. I had to repeatedly reach back
  63. and touch it to confirm it was still
  64. there.

  66. Also, it is possible to drop a pair if
  67. spare batteries down in the bottom of
  68. the pouch and still fit the 95LX with
  69. full coverage. The material is stretchy
  70. enough to "forgive" a couple of AA
  71. batteries and the bottom just shows a
  72. slight outpouching when the spare AAs
  73. are down there.

  76. I will have to give this product a "10"
  77. for ingenious design and execution in a
  78. simple belt pouch for the 95LX. I can
  79. seriously recommend it without
  80. reservation.
