  26. In my experience, you have two options. 
  27.  
  28. 1 - There is a Kermit implementation available for the Rainbow. 
  29. Your colleagues can use Kermit to transfer the files from the 
  30. Rainbow to the 386.
  31.  
  32. 2 - The Rainbow and the 386 (at least if it has 5.25" disks) can 
  33. both read/write the old IBM 180Kb floppies. They are a feasible 
  34. (well, it does generally work) mechanism for transfering files.

  36. Personally, if the machines can be connected by a Communications 
  37. Link, my preference would be to use Kermit.
