  30.     I have forwarded this complaint to someone I know in Digital security
  31.     marketing.  Hopefully, he will be able to push the right buttons to get
  32.     this issue re-opened.  FWIW, my personal opinion is the same as yours -
  33.     not only is it not doing the Right Thing, but it's not even functioning as
  34.     documented (modulo your description of the documentation, with which I
  35.     have no argument).
