- Greetings,
-
- I have a a favour to ask of you comp.sys.cbm users. Could you
- (plural) please help with this dilema:
- I want to connect my c64 to my pc via the rs232 ports and a null
- modem. Question: what pins to connect, what software to use on
- pc and what to write on 64, and to whatever else you (plural)
- could offer.
-
- PC: 386DX25 with 9pin rs232 port on COM2
- 64: normal everyday garden variety 64 (with tapedeck)
- (my diskdrive commited suicide last summer after
- refusing to learn to navigate my bedroom ceiling etc.)
-
- Reason: want to use commodore colour printer with text files
- 'cause I don't wanna fork out AUS$300 for a IBM printer.
-
- All help will be welcome. Post to news or my account.
