- Hi,
-
- You might want to check that parity is enabled (or is it disabled)
- as that can really mess you up. Also, does the ICD utilities say that it has
- found the host adapter? There should be a utility to scan the SCSI bus, and if
- it doesn't find the clock (usually device 6) then it is more likely that the
- problem is with the Host Adapter. Check the power to the Adapter, and the
- SCSI cables going in and out. Finally, check that you have plugged the ACSI
- cable into the right ACSI connector if your Host Adapter has more that one
- (it should be labled IN).
-
- Good luck!
