  11. Does anyone have any information on the Atari IBM compatibles, the
  12. ABC 386 SX/DX IIs? Other than from the brochure, does anyone own
  13. one of these?

  15. From what I have seen of the computer, the one place I saw it oinly
  16. had the 386 SX and they were selling it for $750, no monitor. Is
  17. that the going price for 386 SX systems?

  19. (386 SX II, 1Mb RAM, Phoenix BIOS, SVGA 800x600, 40Mb HD, 17ms
  20. access, 3.5" 1.44Mb floppy, three open drive bays, two 8bit slots,
  21. four 16bit slots, MS-DOS 5 and Windows 3, 200w power supply
  22. 110/220v, parallel, game and two serial ports, 101 key keyboard)

  26. The reason I ask, is that one might have to get a real IBM type,
  27. and instead of screwing around with emulators, at least stay in the
  28. family and get an Atari.

  30. Personally, I'd probably rather use the original GEM program (I
  31. have it) for the IBM and feel right at home, or move to OS/2 (I won
  32. that program...)
