- The best alternative I know of is using the PBMPlus tool kit,
- available from many places (including executables on a.a. in the
- "printing" directory, of all places). The FAQ for alt.binaries.pictures
- also gives more details on locations for PBMPlus.
- You might also try CrackArt, which is also available on a.a.
- Both the solutions I mention above do LOTS more conversion types than
- just between PI3 and GIF, by the way...
