  21. Please step back and look at the CURRENT situation.  IBM is announcing 
  22. due dates and missing them by years.  Microsoft is not doing much better.

  24. Atari did NOT publicize TOS 2.06 until it was ready.  They have resisted
  25. issuing a due date for the Falcon, or even releasing specs, until they
  26. have firm facts.  They have followed this policy for the last few years.
