- You are referring to the Atari Advantage magazine. Their first issue
- was April, the second issue was May (your first issue). The third
- issue (June?) should be in distribution sometime this week. (This is
- allegedly the issue with the Falcon review.)
-
- I was concerned about the same thing as you (i.e., what happened to my
- subscription?) and sent them mail on GEnie. I received a response
- providing the above information. In my case, he promised to send out
- my issue first class this week (so they are responsive).
-
- In an interesting side note, the *July* issue of ST-Informer has a very
- professional editorial by Rod McDonald describing his view of the split
- without naming any names. One of the observations that he made in the
- editorial was that the two individuals that left did not seem to
- understand the importance (in Rod's opinion) of getting issues out on
- time. :-)
-
- I have also been having a subscription problem with Atari Explorer and
- it *appears* that ST Connection is no longer in production. (I received
- two issues out my six-issue subscription.) After all of my problems get
- sorted out, I think I am going to do myself a favor and subscribe to AIM
- (Atari Interface Magazine). I buy it on the newstand now and I think
- that Bill and Pattie Rayl deserve our support. (Incidently, IMHO the
- sharpest AIM cover that I have seen was the DTP issue with the tan brick
- background. Very catchy!)
