- I'll admit, I was rather impressed when I tried to unpack a zoo
- archive compressed with a newer ZOO and the older ZOO program told me
- to go get a newer version. But, just because ZOO has this feature
- doesn't mean that it's so much better.
- I know that ZOO too has managed to stump many a usenet user. (like
- remember to pack after delete).
-
- In any case, I won't argue that dead end too far since Questor's
- lharc by itself is by no means user friendly. But I would ask again
- that ZOO add an option similar to the one in Lha v1.00:
-
- w=<dir> specify extract directory
-
- Doesn't seem too big of a request, and it would make ZOO that much
- better and easier for many users.
