  12. Does anybody know of a (PD) program that converts .gif pictures into
  13. Degas-format pictures (.PI3)? The reason I ask: I have just found this
  14. nice little program that replaces the boring grey background canvas
  15. of the TOS desktop with a Degas-picture. Converting .gif to Degas
  16. would render an almost infinite number of possible backgrounds, since
  17. there must be thousands of gifs around.
