  13. Are you aware that there is a difference between Atari 8bit computers
  14. manufactured for the North American market and the European market?  The
  15. North American machines use NTSC video and an internal clock based on 60Hz
  16. and 120VAC power supplies, and the European machines use PAL video and an
  17. internal clock based on 50Hz and 220VAC power supplies.
