- (Cross posted to .st, maybe someone remembers)
-
- I saw this at B&C Computervisions in Santa Clara, an Atari 1029
- printer. It's a dot matrix printer, it looks like a C. Itoh
- Prowriter (?) clone.
-
- Does anyone know anything about this printer?
-
- As I recall, Atari never offered the 1029 in the US, I never saw it
- in any literature, or saw it at Federated.
-
- Was this an unreleased prototype, or a printer for the European
- market?
-
- The 8 bit printers that I know that were released were the;
- 820 40 column dot matrix
- 822 40 column thermal, with plotting
- 825 80 column parallel
- 1020 color plotter
- 1025 80 column SIO
- XDM121 daisy wheel
