  12. This summer marks over 9 years since I started building the first
  13. Printer Driver for the AtariWriter Word Processing Cartridge.
  14. In those 9 years, Atari sold over 800,000 original cartridges
  15. and God knows how many AtariWriter Plus products.  I sold about
  16. 10,000 Printer Driver diskettes, originally through the old
  17. Atari Program eXchange (APX), then for the last 8 years by
  18. mail order only.  Several companies started copying my Printer
  19. Drivers and I'm sure that thousands of copies have been made
  20. by individuals.  Still, I'm here to support users of the Atari
  21. 8-bit machines who still use the old AtariWriter cartridge.

  23. I still sell Printer Drivers for about 140 different printers,
  24. however, I have stopped trying to create new Drivers to
  25. accommodate all of the new printers.  I still sell them for
  26. $10.00 each for a diskette and User's Manual, customized to
  27. each printer.
