- From what Tim Meekins showed me at KFest, it does indeed freeze programs
- and allow you to switch between them. I was fooling around with AppleQuirks
- GS and Shrinkit, switching between them nearly instantly.
-
- There are programs to allow you to quit from one app and launch another
- (Transprog and Desktop Utilities type of thingies), but Switch-It is
- different. You can have multiple desktop programs loaded and ready.

-
- Procyon is advertising two Desk Accessories that help move information
- between applications. They illustrate cutting and pasting "Formulate"
- stuff into another program. These come with Switch-It.
-
- The funny thing about all this: I remember just last week people arguing
- that it "couldn't be done!!" right here on the net, while quietly behind
- the scenes Jawaid and Tim were biting their tongues getting the Switch-It
- stuff ready to show at the KFest Expo.
