  19. From what Tim Meekins showed me at KFest, it does indeed freeze programs
  20. and allow you to switch between them.  I was fooling around with AppleQuirks
  21. GS and Shrinkit, switching between them nearly instantly.

  23. There are programs to allow you to quit from one app and launch another
  24. (Transprog and Desktop Utilities type of thingies), but Switch-It is
  25. different.  You can have multiple desktop programs loaded and ready.

  31. Procyon is advertising two Desk Accessories that help move information
  32. between applications.  They illustrate cutting and pasting "Formulate"
  33. stuff into another program.  These come with Switch-It.

  35. The funny thing about all this: I remember just last week people arguing
  36. that it "couldn't be done!!" right here on the net, while quietly behind
  37. the scenes Jawaid and Tim were biting their tongues getting the Switch-It
  38. stuff ready to show at the KFest Expo.
