- Indeed. I have called Todd Whitesel (who runs the apple2/ directory
- at tybalt). He has no authority over this nyet/ directory, and has no
- knowledge as to who put it there. From reading the README file
- in that directory, it seems like the files -might- have been put up
- there without the owner's knowledge.
-
- In any event, Todd won't be back on-line until Tuesday at the earliest.
- He suggests anyone who is interested in persuing this send inquiry to
- root@tybalt.caltech.edu.

- Sorry, you don't seem to be wrong. Although, I have not verified that the
- archives are indeed pirated apple 2 disk images, as I don't have a PC to
- unpack them on. Then again, maybe it would be a good idea to unpack one
- and see if they indeed are pirated files. I'd say it's fairly obvious what
- they are however, considering they are in the same directory as a PC
- apple2 emulator (which is perfectly legit, as far as I know - it's just the
- disk images that are un-kosher).
