- I downloaded these version from AOL this morning and started playing various
- mods with them.
-
- ST seemed (overall) to handle more mods cleanly but went wacko on StarDust
- (which ModZap played quite nicely).
-
- ModZap's chief fault at this time is still aborting the sound on some
- instruments. Mods that demonstrate this are Enigma and SheDrivesMeCrazy. ST
- works fine on these.
-
- It looks like MZ is heading towards heading towards adding a MOD editor, which
- is pretty cool. ST seems to be the better Jukebox player right now.
-
- BTW, I've got one mod (pulled from a LHA archive) that kills both players, and
- I'm not sure if it is a bad file or simply a mod that neither can play. It is
- called BladeRunner.
-
- If I load it into ST with NO Inits or DAs installed ST reports Error 0 (No
- err) has occured. Go figure. If I have inits and DAs installed (normal boot)
- and try to load it, ST dies into the monitor.
-
- [I think Ian doesn't have Inet access right now, but if someone knows him
- personally and can pass this along to him, I'd appreciate it.]
