- is at its high point, people are _still_ posting non-binaries in the
- group in total ignorance.

- Anyway, if someone is going to respond to this person, provide him with
- BinSCII in Executioner format (I believe available from tybalt.caltech.-
- edu via anonymous FTP), then send the telecom program. He'll need
- BinSCII anyway, so might as well get him started. Besides, if he is
- typing this into the IIc manually, entering BinSCII in executioner
- format into a file and EXECing it will be faster than typing in a full
- telecom program bytewise.
