- Okay. I had heard that it was crippled in some way, but didn't know how. That
- (unfortunately) makes sense. Sigh.

- Unfortunately, probably the same animal. I may be wrong, but I assume from
- the description that the EISA expansion runs into the single slot, and thence
- to the rest of the bus. Assuming that's true, I'd have an EISA bus feeding
- into a crippled ISA bus. No work'll get done through that setup. :-(

- Oh well. I had hoped to be able to make some 425t nodes act as ethernet
- machines only (or use the expander to get another slot), and use the
- slot for an ExaTape card (Pertec reel-to-reel), or an Ikon card (Versatec
- differential parallel printers), or a <something_else_altogether> but I
- guess it is not to be.
