- The 5500 upgrade is basically as difficult as replacing a bad motherboard,
- except in this case you're replacing a good board with an even better one.
- The one real catch that makes your life miserable is that you are required
- to invol the node's disk after the upgrade, because it gets switched to a
- 4K block factor once the 040 is installed. So before you do it, make sure
- you have all the data backed up! Other than that, it's a relatively easy
- (and inexpensive) way to get better performance. Of course, that won't stop
- you from still wanting a 700 box in 6 months...
