  15. HELP!!! URGENT!

  17. I need urgent help. I need to write 2 C programs for my s/w project. One is a
  18. text editor another is a data base program.
  19. 1.  The text editor is optional.
  20. If I could incoporate the text editor it would be best. So I was thinking if I
  21. could grab any sort of C codes on text editor and modify it to suit my needs. I
  22. know that's not right... but I'm running short of time and my buddy is busy
  23. with other sorts of details. So could someone guide me in writing a simple C
  24. codes to do normal text editing with simple options such as cut and paste only?
  25. Or someone is kind enough to mail me his/her codes?
  26. 2. Database structures.
  27. I am not sure of how to write efficient codes to do personal data management.
  28. The program should be able to create fields and edit them. It is
  29. intended for users to have a simple data bank of friends' particulars such
  30. as address and tel. etc. I wonder how should I arrange the structures for best
  31. sorting and searching subsequently. The problem I face is that the data
  32. structures are not fixed since the users are able to create his/her own fields.
  33. Could some experience folks guide me?
