  11. This isn't exactly a programming subject but I would like someone to explain
  12. to me what an FTP is as far as getting a hold of files from other systems
  13. other than the site I'm working through.  What is involved - do I need a UNIX
  14. account somewhere?  Are there personal costs ($) involved for the time, etc.? 
  15. I would appreciate any comment.
